Weekend Fun

Despite the rain on a wednesday morning, im all smiles as i had a wonderful weekend. Yes....there was yet another wedding but this was different! It was a close friends wedding so i was closely involved in the planning!!! It was jus perfect and i know my friend enjoyed her special day. I went for a real traditional adrican look for the wedding. I changed twice....i know i know a bit much lol.

This weekend has been a hectic one....extremely busy!!

I attended a traditional engagement, i wasn't to sure what to wear but knew i wanted to wear my African print skirt. So i paired it with this floral print top. It clashed perfectly because of the yellow background of the top.

Africa fused with Asia

Last weekend was a very busy weekend for me, it was yet another friends wedding. Believe it or not, I have a wedding to attend every Saturday till October, finding outfits should be fun....

For my friends wedding, she picked a specific African fabric that she wanted all her close friends to wear. For weeks, i pondered what to get sewn, but I've always admired the attire that the Asians wear, so i thought it would be different if sewed an Asian outfit. To be honest i loved it and found an Asian tailor who sewed it for a very good price.

I call this outfit Africa meets Asia....what do you think??!!!
