Maison Martin Margiela for H&M AW12 collection

H&M launched its exclusive collaboration with Maison Martin Margiela .

The eagerly-awaited collection, which features women’s and men’s apparel and accessories, has proved to be a sell-out already – with shoppers in their droves queuing to get their hands on the range both online and in store.

The collaboration between the popular high-street chain and the French fashion house was heralded by fashion critics and follows in the footsteps of H&M’s previous tie-ups with Versace, Anna Dello Russo and most recently, Marni.

Born in Belgium in 1957, Mr Martin Margiela founded his namesake label in 1988 after cutting his teeth under Jean Paul Gaultier's creative watch.

Often referred to as avante garde, experimental and non-traditionalist, the whole Margiela deal is deconstruction. While star jumping between the elegantly feminine and solidly masculine, Margiela likes to play with shape, size and detailing in an alluring yet mysterious way.

Key themes? Oversized anything, exposed tailoring, muted shades and structured silhouettes that just can't help but catch the eye.

Well, I'm speechless, i LOVE everything they have in store at the moment for AW12. As soon as I walk into a store, I am just captivated with the colour black, yes BLACK IS THE NEW BLACK. Black with everything, studs, leather....you name it. The detailing and structure on their clothing is cut above the rest and the good thing is they have different price ranges in , so caters to everyone's needs.

Hands up this year Zara has really blessed us with some great pieces!!!!

Iris Apfel- true fashionista

In the world of fashion, if there is anyone i want to dress like is Iris Apfel. She is the true definition of a fashionista, her style is cut above the rest. Even at her mature age of 90, she is able to wear trends that some of us can not carry off.

I wish i could meet her one day!!!!

Finally the collection we've been waiting for is almost here. Cult fashion house MAISON MARTIN MARGIELA's delicious range for Swedish collaboration connoisseur H &M drops in a couple of weeks. These foil wrapped inspired candy clutches launches on the 15th November and is only £34.99.

I love shoes!!!

Last night, i decided to tidy up my store room. The special room where i keep all my shoes and bags.

Ive come to a conclusion that i may be a bit obsessed.....lol !!!
My pupils dilate and i go into a trance when i see a pair of shoes i love. All of a sudden, i start to plan an outfit with these gorgeous shoes, its love at first sight. Nothing can get in the way... Im in heaven. Now again, the shoe assistant who can be evil at times comes back with the dreaded news "we don't have them in your size". At this point, I'm like shoot me please.
I know your probably thinking I'm mad. Im sane.....just in love with shoes.....

Asian fusion

Recently,ive just become obsessed with asian clothes. I just love the fabrics and detailing on their materials...i absolutely adore them.
The weekend just gone was another friends wedding...yup another.
I decided to wear a saree, so i took a trip down to Green street, sarees everywhere in beautiful colours, too many to choose from if you ask me.

I found a beautiful peach colour that i fell inlove with, at a great price too....
