African Fashion Week London- AFWL

There was no better location than Spitafields Market to hold AFWL. This location is central and always attracts a diverse crowd. So as I approach the market, i was greeted with beautiful bold and vibrant colours, the weather was great to.

If you'd purchased a ticket on-line, you was given a goody bag, there was some lovely things on sale. From accessories all the way down to clothing. I was so excited because normally to get things in African fabric, i would have to order things on-line or the extreme and travel back to where parents from......lol.
So this was my opportunity, here are a few pics........

Seeing as it was AFWL, it would not be right if i didn't wear something African, so i wore a pepulum style top sewed with African fabric and paired it with some dark blue jeans.

Overall, it was a great event and hopefully next year people become more aware of this event!!!
